Ian is a business training consultant specialising in sales training, coaching and mentoring. He has over 25 years business experience in marketing, sales management and key account management. He has over 15 years experience in the marketing, selling, design and delivery of training courses. Ian has an honours degree in business management. He is an accredited sales trainer for one of the world's leading IT companies.

Gráinne Madden
Gráinne works as an independent business consultant, trainer and coach to companies of all sizes including many international blue chip organisations. Her work experience includes over 20 years of sales management, marketing, selling and sales training within the advertising industry. She holds an MBA. She lectures to MBA students and is an accredited trainer to two global companies.
